You may have experienced banking service disruptions during this time. If so, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we took these precautionary steps. Please be advised that all banking systems directly affecting members have now been restored.
July 11 – 1:07pm update: Please be advised that the current wildfire situation in North-Central BC WILL impact Integris banking services this afternoon. There will be intermittent banking system disruption throughout the afternoon as we work to remedy the situation. The main disruption will be to your online access (MemberDirect, ATMs, Point of Sale, Mobile App).
Please know that our staff are working hard to minimize member impact. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.
We rely on BC Hydro, Internet Service Providers, modern technology, and Integris-owned technological systems to deliver your banking services.
We strongly encourage our members to carry and use cash at this time or use credit cards if necessary.
