November Statements Delayed
Our November statements will not run as scheduled. Please know that we are working very hard to meet the expectations of our members. We’ve sent the following letter in the mail, but wanted it to be available in advance.

Dear Valued Member,
On behalf of Integris Staff and Board of Directors, I would to thank you for your thoughtful understanding over the last month as we’ve implemented your new Banking System!
Please be advised that November statements will not run on schedule. We are working as quickly as possible to have month end statements available.
As previously communicated, your October statement(s) will show account activity up to October 26th, 2017. These statements are also available online at www.integriscu.ca under the “eStatements” tab. Please note that the November eStatement (October 27th – November 30th, 2017) will be made available as soon as possible.
Your transaction history from October 27th, 2017 is available in “Account Activity” online. If you are not already enrolled, now is a great time to experience the convenience of online banking. Please contact your branch for more information.
If online banking is not for you, there are in-branch options available. Please drop in so that we may provide you with an in-branch statement. This document is not considered an official statement but does provide members with a physical copy of account activity until the November Statement(s) are available.
Should you require an in-branch statement, you will not be charged a statement fee while we resolve the Statement Run delay.
As you review your account activity or in-branch statement, some things may stand out:
UNC Adjustment– Transaction for the balance of your account from our old system to the new system
Capture Balance – Transaction for the balance of your Lending products from our old system to the new system
Interest Capitalise– Interest charged on your line of credit. Please note there will be two separate interest charges for transactions from Oct 1-26th and then a charge for the remaining 5 days of the month (Oct 27-31).
