Commercial Loans Administrator

(Permanent, Full-Time)

Integris is currently accepting applications for the permanent, full-time Commercial Loans Administrator position in Prince George. The successful candidate will help provide clerical support to the Commercial Account Managers and work as  part of the Commercial Loans Administrator team. Among other important tasks, the selected applicant will help input loan applications into our banking system, provide support with loan documentation, and handle member requests for loan payouts/balances.

The minimum skills required to be effective in this position include:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Exceptional time management and organizations skills;
  • Strong judgement and sound decision making skills.

The successful candidate must enjoy interacting with members and the community, be adaptable to a full relationship building environment, and have outstanding member service skills. As well, the candidate must be willing and able to proactively manage relationships with members in a positive, people centered manner. A commitment to on-going  education is essential for this position to develop basic, general knowledge of commercial products and services offered by the Credit Union.

Commercial experience and/or lending experience  are both considered an asset.
