This permanent full-time Executive Assistant position is located in our Corporate Office in Prince George and reports directly to the CEO. The Executive Assistant provides high level executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO. The EA also serves as a liaison to the Executive Management team; organizes and coordinates the executive committee, and oversees special projects. The ultimate role responsibility is to make all members of the Executive Team look good.
The Executive Assistant will complete a broad variety of high-level administrative tasks which may include: managing calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for Board committee meetings.
The selected candidate for this position will be working collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to the Board and will also be responsible for administrative support to a Committee of the Board. They will schedule & organize meetings and teleconferences of the Board committee(s), prepare agendas, coordinate & prepare supporting documents, background material/information/data for meetings and teleconferences, take minutes and track completion of action items.

Finally, 5+ years’ experience working within a higher-level support role and/or post-secondary education in business administration (or a related field) is considered necessary for success in this role. A designation as a Certified Administrative Professional or equivalent would be considered an asset.
