Integris is currently looking to fill the permanent, full-time Executive Assistant position in our Corporate Office in Prince George. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the President & CEO and members of the Executive Team, as required.
The Executive Assistant will primarily assist the President & CEO by handling information requests, managing schedules, preparing presentations, drafting agendas, and ensuring preparedness for each meeting. The selected candidate for this position will be working collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to the Board and will also be responsible for scheduling and organizing Executive Meetings, which includes preparing agendas, coordinating and preparing supporting documentation, taking minutes and tracking completion of action items. Furthermore, the selected applicant will assist the Executive Team by helping manage their complex calendars, schedules, and activities that require constant monitoring and reprioritizing.

Finally, 5+ years’ experience working within a higher-level support role and/or post-secondary education in business administration (or a related field) is considered necessary for success in this role. A designation as a Certified Administrative Professional or equivalent would be considered an asset.
