Integris Insurance Services in our Vanderhoof branch is looking for an energetic individual for this full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, skilled at multi-tasking, and effective at prioritizing their work. The occupant of this newly-created position will work approximately 33.5 hours per week and will have a rotational workweek between Monday and Saturday; as such, we require applicants to be flexible within these days.
This position will primarily focus on ICBC processing and batching, and handling basic transactions. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for distributing both incoming and outgoing mail, managing office inventory, and filing documents. The successful applicant will ideally have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, as they will serve as a primary staff person for answering incoming phone calls and greeting customers in-person.
Completion of Level 1 is preferable, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right person if unlicensed. The deadline for this position is Until Filled.
