Board of Directors
Alex Goseltine
Board Chair
Alex Goseltine became licensed to practice law in 1992 and soon after moved to Prince George, a community that quickly became the place she called home. She and her husband have raised their children in Prince George and have enjoyed the recreational and business culture available here.
Alex spent 19 years as a general litigator in private practice before becoming the Executive Officer (EO) of the BC Northern Real Estate Board (BCNREB), a position she has held for the last 10 years. In her time at the BCNREB, her portfolio covered regulatory compliance, assisting identifying and monitoring risk, drafting and reviewing contracts and policies, and ensuring financial stability.
With a keen interest in governance and risk management, Alex has a background in change management; in addition to her law degree, she also has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Alex also holds a Canadian Risk Manger designation and achieved the CUES Real Estate Governance Program certificate from the Rotman School of Management.
Being a long-time credit union member personally and professionally, Alex believes in supporting local businesses and families, a shared credit union value. Her service on the Integris Board of Directors is a way to give back to a community that has given so much to her.
Cheryl Wallace
Board Vice Chair
I moved to Prince George in late 2003 because I saw the positive prospects in Prince George. I had lived in Prince George and Chetwynd through childhood at various times and travelled through the area many times. Although I mainly grew up in the Lower Mainland I was familiar with the north. In my various roles at Northern Health I had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the north. I got first-hand knowledge of the social and economic aspects of each community and region.
I received my CMA designation (now CPA) in 2004 and wanted to pursue further education that supported my career growth in the north so I did my MBA at UNBC graduating in 2009. I have been active in the community on several Boards. I appreciate the volunteerism that is so visible in Prince George that I experienced first-hand in my work at the YMCA.
I embraced the community of Prince George and the north. I enjoy the outdoor living we are able to experience in and around Prince George with my 3 dogs. I look forward to being on the Board for lntegris to share my knowledge, broaden my knowledge and further support the community.
Tim Bennett
Corporate Secretary
Tim Bennett has spent most of his life in Prince George on the beautiful unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli T’enneh. As a believer in the power of community, Tim and his wife Carli have chosen Prince George as the community to live, work, play and raise their four children.
Tim has spent almost 16 years working for Big Brothers Big Sisters serving as Executive Director since 2013. Prior to joining BIGS, he spent time working with Active Support Against Poverty running a youth drop-in program and summer camp and Exploration Place working in their child care programs. In addition to this work, Tim serves as a Trustee on the Board of Education of School District 57 (Prince George) and is a Director for the BC School Trustee Association.
In his spare time, he is working on his Executive MBA through the University of Fredericton in Social Enterprise Leadership. He is looking forward to using his experience, skill set and education to give back to Integris and its members because he believes as an organization they do so much to give back and create change in Prince George and throughout the region.
Darren Ditto
Member at Large
Quesnel born and raised, Darren moved to Prince George for University, graduating in 2000 with a degree of Computer Science from UNBC. Post graduation Darren and some fellow graduates stayed in the region and created a provincially recognized software development company. Darren sold his shares in the company early 2005, he moved into higher education for five (5) years, then into health care where he has been for twelve (12) years.
Away from work, Darren volunteers his time coaching some of the best young cross-country skiers in BC, instructs Prototyping and Design at CNC, and is an active researcher and presenter in the area of Blockchain technologies. When he wants to get away from technology, he enjoys spending time with his family including their dog Scout at their cabin on Fraser Lake.
As a Director, Darren brings a wealth of experience and in all aspects of information technology, from supporting and managing large mission-critical software systems, to privacy and risk management, to mentoring and developing technical staff. Darren combines this experience with an innate curiosity that drives him to explore new and emerging technologies across a number of domains.

Angela Cahill
Director
Angela Cahill is a proud Metis citizen originally from Southern Manitoba. Her roots took hold in Clinton in 1969, where she was nurtured and raised. She and her husband, Tim, have been blessed with three wonderful children and are now the joyful grandparents of five.
Her journey in the workforce began in 1974, where she ventured through the realms of tourism, service, and administration. Angela has dedicated years to serving her communities, starting with the BC Native Housing Corporation, facilitating affordable housing for single-parent and low-income families. Later, she contributed to School District #74 Parent Advisory Group, spearheading a school lunch program funded by the Federal Government.
In 1994, Angela embarked on a fulfilling tenure with the Quesnel and District Credit Union, now known as Integris Credit Union, where she served as Branch Manager in Clinton for over two decades. Post-retirement, she embraced the role of an Aboriginal Student Support worker, transitioning from full-time to part-time engagement.
Volunteering has always been close to Angela’s heart, whether it’s supporting BC High School Rodeo as secretary/treasurer for 14 years, engaging with the Clinton Agriculture Society, or contributing to various community events and organizations, including the Mayball Parade and David Stoddard School parent advisory.
As a leader within Integris Credit Union, Angela has been privileged to participate in numerous community events and initiatives. She eagerly anticipates collaborating with fellow Directors to continue fostering growth and development within Integris Credit Union and across their vibrant communities.
Terri McConnachie
Director
Terri McConnachie has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles, primarily in the nonprofit sector, and is currently serving as the Executive Officer of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) of Northern BC. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and advocacy of the organization to represent and serve the interests of members and safeguard housing affordability and opportunity throughout the region.
Previously, Terri served as a Director at the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George and trustee for the Prince George Public Library Board. She also served as a two-term Council Member at the City of Prince George, where she used her tenacity, dedication, and desire to work with others to improve the lives of people who live, work, operate businesses, seek higher education, raise families, and retire in her community. Terri has organized, struck, and evaluated over 100 industry and major community events including conferences, workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, annual meetings, and retreats.
Apart from her professional achievements, Terri is an avid cyclist and a member of the Wheelin’ Warriors of the North. She is also passionate about gardening and has discovered a personal joy for growing and preserving food. Besides, Terri is always planning her next travel adventure.
Jim Rivett
Director
Jim Rivett and his wife Christine have lived on a hobby farm in Clinton for over 14 years. Originally from Ontario, with a 10 year stay in Alberta, the Rivett’s have come to enjoy Clinton for its community and people and plan on calling it their final home.
Jim spent most of his career in various management positions in the telecommunications industry working for large corporations like Bell Canada and AT&T, as well as smaller startup companies like Terago National Networks. During his time in Clinton, he started a new career as Mayor of the Village of Clinton, serving two terms. During this time Jim served on the TNRD Board of Directors, the Thompson Nicola Hospital Board of Directors, the Cariboo Regional Board for NDIT, as well as serving on the Cariboo Beatle Action Committee (CBAC).
Joining the Integris Board of Directors in 2019, Jim has participated fully, enjoying the experience and learning curves that go with stepping into a new sector of the economy.
In his spare time, Jim can be found curling, cross country skiing, and hiking. He belongs to a number of volunteer organizations and is retired from the Clinton Volunteer Fire Department.
In joining the Integris Board of Directors, his goal is to use his career experience to serve the members and the communities that Integris serves.
Wendy Fellers
Director
With a quest and a passion for continuous learning, Wendy Fellers is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from City University, State of Washington.
Wendy greatly enjoys living and working in Prince George and currently maintains a small public practice accounting firm and has spent many years as a Lecturer in the UNBC School of Business. Wendy has served several non-profit boards and is an honorary member of the UNBC Faculty Association.
As a Director for the Integris Credit Union Board, she is excited to offer her skills and expertise to the credit union members. Wendy is a strong supporter of Integris’ community initiatives and cooperative values and considers success to be the product of many variables: ethics, flexibility, reliability, determination, commitment, confidence in one’s skills and abilities, a creative spirit, a willingness to take calculated risks, and the need for adventure.
In her spare time, she enjoys long distance running or walking, reading, spending time with family, and travelling. She is a sports fanatic supporting the Vancouver Canucks and the BC Lions, and never misses a game.
Gerry Thiessen
Director
Gerry was born and raised in Vanderhoof, growing up on a family farm and enjoyed 4-H and the opportunities he received through that. Gerry graduated from high school in Vanderhoof and after a year logging moved to Prince Rupert to work in the grocery business, with a bit of time in Victoria. He married Lesley in 1973 and they have 4 children as well as 2 young boys that joined their family at the age of 2. They are grandparents to 14 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. They moved back to Vanderhoof in 1980 and started a purebred Charolais farm.
Gerry began his career in real estate in 1977 and except for a brief period has been in the same field of employment. Gerry has been given many opportunities to serve in leadership. Starting in 4-H, then his Rotary Club, his Church, his children’s private school were all places he was able to serve as Chair.
He served as Chair of BC Northern Real Estate Association 1995, in 1998 the BC Real Estate Association and in 2005 the Canadian Real Estate Association. In 2006 he served 4 years as board secretary of the Washington DC based International Housing Coalition.
In 2008 Gerry was elected Mayor of Vanderhoof and served at that the next 14 years. Through that opportunity he was able to serve time as Chair of Northern Development Initiative Trust, Northern Medical Trust, and the Regional District of Bulkley Nechako.
Gerry and Lesley have sold their farm and live in town. They enjoy their summers at the cottage at Fraser Lake and try to travel as much as possible, mostly in the winter.
Gerry is excited to serve as a director of lntegris Credit Union because of the commitment to serving
local communities.
John-Paul Wenger
Director
John-Paul (JP) Wenger moved to Fort St. James over 22 years ago. During his time in Fort St. James, he has been employed with the Ministry of Forests, K&D Logging, and currently works for the Nak’azdli Development Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer. JP has 25 years of experience in the forest sector and 23 of those years were spent as a Registered Professional Forester.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from UBC, JP has pursued his educational endeavors and graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in April 2021.
In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and children.
A member of the credit union since 2016, JP is here to represent the western branches of Integris. He plans on bringing to the board a strong economic development background as well as personal skills such as the ability to connect, communicate and collaborate. He looks forward to serving the members.
Interested in Joining Our Board?
Integris’ Board of Directors consists of ten (10) members who help govern the operations of the credit union. Elected directors represent each of Integris’ six communities and govern on the Board for a three year term before a new election occurs.
Governance of Integris Credit Union is accomplished through numerous Board committees to ensure the well-being of Integris staff, members and communities.
These committees include: Executive Committee, Conduct Review and Corporate Governance Committee, Investment and Lending Committee, Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, IT Governance Committee.
