Prince George, BC – Following our 75th Anniversary Annual General Meeting, we are pleased to welcome our new directors: Tim Bennett, Alexandra Goseltine, John-Paul Wenger. We are also welcoming back Wendy Fellers and Jillian Merrick.

In January, the Board of Directors Nominating Committee issued a call for candidates to fill five seats. During the application period, five applications were received from members in good standing and incumbents. The five nominees were acclaimed to the Board of Directors at our AGM and will join the remaining elected directors that make up our ten-member board. Welcome and congratulations to our new and returning directors – we look forward to the insights and perspectives you bring throughout your terms.

In addition to the Nominating Committee business, we were also pleased to share the results of our Special Resolution Vote at our virtual AGM. The vote called for general housekeeping and clarity around language changes to the Integris Credit Union Rules. The special resolution was endorsed by the membership and passed.
