On International Women’s Day, we are proud to be a part of the global community that celebrates the achievements, contributions, and strength of women all around the world. This year’s theme, #InspireInclusion, is close to our hearts at Integris Credit Union as we believe in creating a society that is fair and inclusive for everyone. We are committed to this cause, and one of the ways we show our support is through the diversity of our executive leadership team. Our team is primarily composed of women, including our esteemed CEO Alison Hoskins, who serve as an inspiration to all of us.

Women and Financial Decisions: Empowering Financial Literacy

Women have a very important role in managing their family’s finances. They make decisions about how to save money, invest it, and make sure their family is financially secure. However, studies show that women often face difficulties when it comes to understanding financial matters and feeling confident about making financial decisions. Despite these challenges, women have shown incredible strength and resourcefulness in managing their money.

At Integris Credit Union, we believe that everyone should have the knowledge and skills to make smart choices about their money, especially women. By helping women learn more about financial matters, we can also help their families and communities. This will create a positive impact on future generations, making sure they have the tools they need to be financially successful.
