Integris uses cookies to:

  • Collect standard internet log information to generate anonymous information about usage patterns on the credit union website(s);
  • Store information, including a user’s MEMBERCARD® number, that a user enters into a form on a credit union website to personalize the user’s future use of the website;
  • Maintain a MemberDirect® Online Banking session;

Integris will only store personal information in a cookie if the information is provided by the user and if the information in the cookie is encrypted with current, industry-accepted technology.

Integris only uses temporary cookies which expire once a user logs out of MemberDirect® Online Banking or if the user indicates a preference using a mechanism provided by the user’s internet browser personalizing future use of the website. In such a case, Integris will use cookies that can persist across multiple sessions.

Cookies are required for various administrative and security purposes when members are using MemberDirect® Online Banking, including the continued authentication of a user during an online banking session. A user who signs into MemberDirect® Online Banking automatically accepts our cookie usage policy.

Integris does not require a user to accept cookies in order to use the website unless the user wants to use MemberDirect® Online Banking.

In accordance with privacy legislation, Integris will provide a notice to users on our website with our intentions to use cookies and the purpose(s) of the cookies.
